When an authorized user connects a Google account to the Buscaroli Studio Cockpit, the app requests access to events on that user's primary Google Calendar. It reads event details, including titles, times and attendees, to display the user's agenda and identify unavailable booking times.
The app also creates, updates and deletes calendar events for bookings, internal events and scheduled tasks managed in the Cockpit. Google Calendar data is used only to provide these calendar and scheduling features. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
The app stores encrypted Google access and refresh tokens on its server, together with the connected account and permission metadata. It stores identifiers for calendar events it creates so it can update or remove them. Event details retrieved from Google are processed to show the agenda and check availability; the app does not keep a separate copy of the user's entire Google Calendar. Service providers that host the app and its database process this data only to operate these features.
The user can disconnect Google Calendar in the Cockpit; this removes the app's stored Google credentials and stops future access. Disconnecting does not automatically delete events already created in Google Calendar or booking records held by the Cockpit. To request access to or deletion of related data, contact info@buscarolistudio.com.
